Secure the Stairs!

My son is beginning to explore his surroundings since he started walking. While this is a great sense of accomplishment for him and for me, it can also be very tiring and worrisome. You should always look out on what he is doing because he might reach for something that might break or go to places that are dangerous for him. Last week, he had a minor head injury because I didn’t see him go up three steps on our stairs and he fell.
My husband got furious at me because he thought I wasn’t taking good care of our little boy. I got so frustrated because it was less than a minute when the whole thing happened. That’s when we decided to have child safety gates for stairs installed in our house. With this set-up accidents can finally be prevented!
