Purposes of an Arrow Board

Highway constructions are done to repair the road and ensure a safe and smooth car ride. This goes on for 24 hours until the road is finished, so traffic is unavoidable. With all the heavy machinery and large drills these construction workers use, safety is one of the things they make sure of. They have to take steps in protecting the workers, the commuters, and the work site itself. This can be done by putting up various road signs that help the driver know where to stay clear, change lanes, or slow down.
Using arrow boards is one of the most common road safety precautions used by highway work sites and traffic enforcers. These flashing arrows provide advanced warning and directional information, so a car would know how to go around the work zone. It is usually solar powered, and the LED technology makes this board highly visible at night and lowers the cost of maintenance. Arrow boards can be used in cities, counties, by the military or the police department.
