There are several security gadgets that an enforcement agency has. One of the most basic and by-far the next popular to gun are the handcuffs. They are designed to secure someone’s wrists close together. They are typically made of steel and built with reliable locking mechanism. Handcuffs have two parts namely the chain and the hinge.
In choosing the right handcuffs, the following factors have to be considered:~Tightness – should be tight enough for better restraint~Use of cuffs – should be used to restraint so they have very strong locking mechanism~Plastic zip ties – easy to carry, conceal and use; and very reliable too~Material – usually made of aluminum, carbon steel or steel
