In the olden times, our ancestors were innovative enough to invent all sorts of weapons. One weapon that comes to mind is the simple blowpipe. Blowpipes are known nowadays as blowguns.

A blowgun is a simple weapon that looks like a tube or a pipe and contains darts on one end. In order to hit the target, the user must blow heavily into the pipe. The dart usually contains a poison that can temporarily paralyze an enemy. A blowgun is also used for hunting. When hunting, tranquilizer darts are used to catch wildlife.
